Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 and such other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today being February 14, 2024, has, inter alia, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2023. \r\n\r\nIn the above context, we are enclosing the following documents\r\n\r\ni. Copy of the financial results as recommended and reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The said financial results are being uploaded on the website of the Company viz., www.anurooppackaging.com \r\n\r\nii. Copy of the 'Limited Review Report', as received from our Statutory Auditors, Banka & Banka on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.\r\n\r\nRequest you to kindly take note of the above.\r\n
